The elements of the "Gold Service" are detailed below. |

Your own unique website domain name: | As part of this service, we will register, on your behalf,your selected domain name. This will be in the format "www.yourchosenname.com." or .org, or .net or .us or .info. This will be the web address of your new website. |

10GB (gigabytes) of hosting space & 300 GB bandwidth:: | Which should be more then enough for your needs! |

Your own unique site linked email address: | This will be in the format "you@yourchosenname.com. or .org, or .net or .us or .info." |

Number of web pages: | Each website can have up to and including 12 main informational pages. |

Number of words: | Approximate maximum of 1,200 words of text per web page. recommended. More than this will have the dual negative effects on visitors of looking too wordy and taking too long to download. People expect websites to download quickly. There is nothing worse than waiting 30 seconds for a page to load only to find that it does not contain the information you were seeking or that you clicked the wrong link. |

Links: | Links to external pages, up to an average of 10 per page. |

Custom Graphics: | Masthead graphics on first page - custom graphic incorporating your organization logo or a picture of your church/school building. Top of page graphic for all other pages on your website. Colorful lines and bullets, and colored and textured backgrounds may be added as appropriate. |

Photographs and other miscellaneous graphic images: | Supplied by client by email, diskette or US Post. Up to an average of 5 included per web page, in addition to masthead and top-of-page graphic. Images may be cropped/resized and/or enhanced as necessary to facilitate their usage on web page. |

Feedback form: | A feedback form similar to the one used on this website, but tailored to your specific needs is included as one of your 12 pages. |

Email response link: | May, at request, be placed on each web page to any email address you designate. |

Search Engine Submission: | We will work to make your site is SEO friendly and we will submit your new website to the major search engines . This will help people find your site. This service is included for free. |

Maintenance: | 1 full year's maintenance (renewable) This begins the day the website is first made available on the Internet. We will send you a friendly reminder at the end of the year should you wish to renew the maintenance and hosting options. |

Maintenance changes include: | We will make on your behalf up to 5 minor changes to your site per week. Minor changes include such things as changing the address or contact information, telephone numbers, etc. This also includes at your option, a weekly editorial/pastoral viewpoint/weekly posted blog posted on your website. Changes and newsletter/pastoral message would be sent to us via email. The latter should preferably be sent in Microsoft Word format, but plain text (Notepad) will do. We will take care of converting and formatting the message to suit your Web page |

Major changes: | Major changes to a page, for example changing the majority of the text on a page (with the exception of the above mentioned weekly editorial/pastoral message), take the equivalent effort as creating a whole new page and is charged at that rate. |

Adding new informational pages: | New information pages may be added any time. This would be pages beyond the 12 pages that the "Gold Service" allows for. If you initially use only six pages of your allowed 12 pages, you may add the other six pages at any time throughout the year without paying for "extra" pages. However should you go beyond 12 pages, we will add them at a flat rate of $25.00 each. |

Total cost of service: | The total cost of the "Gold Service" is just $700.00 all inclusive.
This price is good for 1 (one) year. Subsequent years will cost: $106.00 for basic hosting and domain name continued usage. This is a mandatory cost that is determined by 3rd part registration and hosting companies and is necessary if you want your website to remain up and available to visitors. The cost is subject to change and is beyond our control. Should you choose to renew your maintenance service with Good News Web Design for a further year, the cost would be just $300.00 the second and subsequent years. The total cost to continue to have your own domain name, your hosting account, and maintenance for one more year would be: $406.00. |
